Themy Abrahams started learning violin at the age of 12 with Ms. Theresia and Mr. Yusra Irsal at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Musik Cikini. He continue his study at Indonesian Institute of The Arts Yogyakarta ( ISI ) under the tutelage of Mr. Eko Balung. He had also experienced masterclasses with Esther Apituley, Bagus Wiswakarma, Ayke Agus, etc.
